川东虚骨龙属（学名：Chuandongocoelurus）是兽脚亚目恐龙的一属，化石发现于中国四川省东部，所属地层是大山铺组的下沙溪庙组，地质年代是侏罗纪中期的巴统阶或卡洛夫阶。

模式种是原始川东虚骨龙（C. primitivus），是由中国古生物学家何信禄于1984年所发现、命名。属名意为“四川省东部的虚骨龙”的意思[2]。

川东虚骨龙被命名时，被归类于虚骨龙科[2]；当时的无法归类小型兽脚类恐龙，多被归类于虚骨龙科。在1990年，大卫·诺曼（David B. Norman）将川东虚骨龙归类于兽脚亚目的分类不明属[3]。R.B. Benson近年提出川东虚骨龙的单脊龙的姊妹分类单元，两者组成一个演化支，可能属于斑龙超科[4][1]、或者是属于坚尾龙类，但不属于斑龙超科[5]。

化石是一个部份骨骼，包括部份的脊椎、骨盆、四肢骨头及肩胛骨碎片。由于脊椎的骨缝未愈合，显示该个体是个未成年个体。川东虚骨龙的骨骼与坦桑尼亚的轻巧龙很相似。川东虚骨龙可能是种原始角鼻龙类恐龙，但也有一些类似双脊龙、食肉牛龙的特征。在2010年的斑龙类研究中，川东虚骨龙被归类于斑龙超科的基础物种[1]。根据股骨长度、与轻巧龙的比较，川东虚骨龙的身长估计约2.4公尺，体重为12公斤。

由于牠的化石都是碎片，故被认为是疑名[6]。
