肌球蛋白轻链激酶(英语:Myosin light-chain kinase,MYLK 或 MLCK)是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸特异性蛋白激酶,通过磷酸化来调节II型肌球蛋白的轻链[3]。
亚型
现存四种MLCK亚型[4]主要分布于不同肌细胞:
- MYLK – 平滑肌
- MYLK2 – 骨骼肌
- MYLK3 – 心肌
- MYLK4 – 未知
